On the 24th of March the Library took part in All Ukrainian Scientific Conference “The Prose of Valerian Pidmohylny in Ukrainian Litrature of the 20th century”, devoted to his 115th anniversary. Valerian Pidmohylny is considered one of the lead figures of Executed Renaissance.
The Reading Hall of Humanities prepared an interesting book exposition “The Sagebrush Star of Valerian Pidmohylny”. It consists of 43 books and periodicals. The exposition is divided into the following sections:
- The works of the Writer
- About the Writer and his Writing
- No, You are with Us! You are Alive!
Novels “Misto” (“The city”) and “A Little Touch of Drama” were of special interest.
We invite everybody to get acquainted with creative works of Valerian Pidmohylny.
