A great library fan and an active reader
On January 27, 2018 died a great fan and an active reader of the library, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Anatoly Grigorievich Bolebrukh (20.10.1940 – 27.01.2018).
He was the
History Faculty Dean of Dnipropetrovsk National University (1987 - 2002), head of Historiography, Source and Archival Studies Department (1994-2006), scientist, teacher, Historian with a capital letter, author of more than 100 scientific papers.
The library keeps collections of Anatoly Grigorievich's books on history, philosophy, pedagogy and natural science, as well as books donated by him to the library, which he had been using for almost 30 years. Books in his life meant work, inspiration and love. He was devoted to reading and the library, and treated librarians as colleagues. The library expresses sincere condolences to the relatives and friends of Anatoly Grigorievich.
