4.11.2018_________ Ukraine-Cossack land The bibliographic index "Ukraina terra Cossacorum = Ukraine-Cossack land" not accidentally got the name, because some 3-5 centuries ago, our country was known in the world under this name. This is the third book, which was prepared by speciasts of the library of Shee "Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky State Pedagogical University named after Hryhoriy Skovoroda" that goes by this name. Before that, scientific and bibliographic essay (2007) and training manual (2010) were published. Since then, the work on collecting bibliographic information has been continuously continued. It was planned to publish an expanded bibliographic index, which would reflect information about the literature of Cossack topics, which is contained not only in the University library, but also in some other libraries of higher educational institutions of Ukraine. For example, the scientific libraries of the National Mining University of Ukraine (Dnipropetrovsk), Dnipropetrovsk National University named after Olesya Gonchar and Uman State Pedagogical University named after Pavel Tychina were involved in the project "Cossack". From these libraries were sent thematic bibliographic materials collected by their bibliographers. The laborious work was carried out on the processing and systematization of the collected data in order to issue a joint collected publication in the future. Unfortunately, the index could not be published, but work on it continues. Currently, the publication contains 8083 bibliographic units (980 pages). The manual is designed for professionals in the field of history, education and literary studies, researchers, postgraduates, students, ethnologists and all who are interested in a bright page from the past of Ukraine – the age of the Cossacks.
